Add Multiple Projects at Once

If you need to create several projects at the same time, AECPulse’s bulk add feature lets you enter them all without repeating the process one by one.

Steps

1. In the sidebar, click Projects.
2. At the top of the list, open the Create New Project button’s dropdown (the small arrow beside it) and choose Create Multiple Projects.
3. You’ll see a form where you can enter multiple rows — one row per project.
4. For each project, fill in:
   • Name
   • Project type
   • Client
   • Dates (as applicable)
5. Add more rows as needed.
6. When all projects are entered, click Save.

All the projects are created at once in Draft status.

After bulk adding

Each project is a full project record. Open any of them to:

• Add phases and milestones
• Set fees and contract terms
• Assign a team
