What is AECPulse?
AECPulse is a web-based platform built for architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms. It brings together everything a firm needs to run its projects in one place — from the first proposal through final delivery, and all the people and documents in between.
Who it’s for
Section titled “Who it’s for”AECPulse is designed for firm principals, project managers, and team members who need to:
- Win new work and manage proposals
- Track active projects, phases, and milestones
- Assign and monitor tasks across the team
- Manage clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Store reference materials and specifications
- Understand firm performance through reports
Every user sees only what their role allows. If you can’t see a particular area, your firm’s administrator can adjust your access.
The big picture
Section titled “The big picture”AECPulse is organized into a few connected areas:
Proposals → Projects → Tasks Work starts as a proposal. Once a client approves it, the proposal becomes a project. Projects are broken into phases and milestones, and tasks track the day-to-day work. Team members log time through activities on each task.
People & contacts Your team members, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors each have their own directory. You can attach outside parties to specific projects to keep everyone organized.
Specifications Write and organize formatted specification text for use across projects. An AI-powered formatter can help clean up spec text.
Reports Get a read on how the firm is doing — project profitability, team utilization, pipeline, and more.
Admin Firm administrators manage user roles and firm-wide settings from the Admin area.
Your firm’s own space
Section titled “Your firm’s own space”AECPulse is multi-tenant: every firm has its own private workspace reached through its own web address (for example, yourfirm.aecpulse.com). Your data is separate from every other firm on the platform.
