My Profile
My Profile is your own page in AECPulse. Everyone gets one, whatever their access, and it only ever shows your own information — there’s nothing to set up and nothing you can see about anyone else. Open it from the person icon in the top bar.
Nothing on this page can be edited. If something is wrong or out of date, ask whoever manages team members at your firm to correct it on your Team Members record.
Profile
Section titled “Profile”The Profile tab, which the page opens on, shows the record your firm keeps for you: your title, who you report to, your email and phone number, your start date, and your home address.
Underneath, you’ll see the hours you’ve logged so far this week. When your firm has recorded a weekly hours target for you, those hours are shown against the target with a progress bar, so you can tell at a glance where the week stands.
Timesheet
Section titled “Timesheet”The Timesheet tab is a week-at-a-time view of the hours you’ve logged, one row per project and one column per day, with totals down the side and along the bottom. Use the arrows or the date box to move between weeks. Time logged without a project is gathered into a single General / Non-project row.
Compensation
Section titled “Compensation”The Compensation tab shows the pay information your firm has recorded for you: whether you’re salaried, your hourly rate, your weekly hours target, and the dates each record covers. Older records stay listed, so you can see your history.
My Access
Section titled “My Access”The My Access tab answers “why can’t I see that?”. It lists the roles you’ve been assigned and when each was given to you, followed by a tree of everything those roles let you do, grouped by area — click an area to open it up. Each entry carries a short line explaining what it allows. If something you need is missing, this is the page to send to whoever manages roles at your firm — see Roles & Access.
The Timesheet and Compensation tabs only appear if your firm keeps a team member record for you.
